Don't let the cold weather keep you from being energetic. Here are a few ways to stay active even when it’s chilly outside. Participate in winter sports such as skiing, snowboarding or ice skating. Train for a 5K or just get outside and walk. Too cold outside for you, join a gym, go to a boot camp or yoga class. Find an app on your phone and work out. Find a friend and work out together. If it’s so cold that it’s snowing, head on out and have a snowball fight.
